1. HAHAHA OHGOD YOU'RE GOING TO KILL ME FOR THIS ONE... I had already created Lupinus and Phlox at the same time, but didn't have any names for them... A-AND SO I LOOKED INTO MY MOM'S BOOK ABOUT FLOWERS... *facepalm* Lupinus is basically the latin name for lupines flowers ;3; I also found out about Phlox's name at the same time, so I took a long time deciding who of them should get which name. It could have turned out so that Lupinus would have Phlox's name, and Phlox could have Lupinus'.
I found out that supposedly "Lupinus" should have meant "sorrow" in ancient greek o__o But I've also heard that the names for the Lupinus flowers comes from "Lupin", the latin name for "wolf" .__.

His last name, Vinter, is just... I dunno XD Another form of Winter. That's how we spell it in swedish. I THINK that I took the last name from a swedish tv-show named "Kommissarie Winter" THAT I DON'T EVEN WATCH... BUT I CHANGED THE SPELLING, HURR HURR

2. BECAUSE I WANTED A CHARACTER FILLED WITH CRACK? *shot* No okay, I created Phlox first and had already come up with that he would have his ancestor living inside his back. So naturally, I created Lupinus shortly after
I wanted him to be a silly tea-drinking parasite-spirit who talked in an old-fashioned way. I also wanted him to be really self-centered. IT WORKED? XDD

3. He haven't changed... THAT MUCH... XDD I created him and the other main characters in "DisHarmonica" somewhere in march this year I think, so they aren't really that old.
If anything, his appearance has changed the most I think. Whe I first drew him he had much rounder eyes and shorter hair o__o He was also a little blurrier, perhaps. His uniform changed a little, too : DD
HIS PERSONALITY IS STILL AS WEIRD AND EGOCENTRIC AS BEFORE.

4. He has grown more and more weird under the 300 years as dead. He was still silly and really really weird when he was alive though, but death seems to have made him moar insane than he already was

1. I almost can't remember how I came up with his name *facepalm* I think that it was because of partly my cat, whose name is Oskar, and... one of my white shirts which was made by a brand named "Oscar" WHEN I START NOTICING A SPECIAL NAME EVERYWHERE AROUND ME, I SEE THAT AS A GOOD SIGN AND TAKE IT (this has actually happened so many times o3o;; ) I'm happy that it was a europeian name as well, since his story takes place in europe.
His last name, Amsel, is german and means blackbird.

2. H-he and Jen, who is another character for that story, was actually just made for a random comic page THAT DIDN'T HAVE ANY PURPOSE AT ALL. I just wanted to draw a comic page and coming up with new characters at the same time... After that, I created more and more of their story (they also got a retarded friend named Art).
So it was just a random spur-of-the-moment comic page that made me create him.

3. FAIL AT OSCAR BECAUSE HE HAVEN'T CHANGED VERY MUCH... XDD His design has always looked basically the same; long and skinny, nervous-looking... XD The colour of his hair was much lighter blue before, I detest that colour now Now it's some sort of damp blue-turqoise, IT'S STILL A WEIRD COLOUR THOUGH. I've always changed his accecories now and then. His clothes looks almost the same, I've just given them moar details than before.
Oscar wasn't as nervous before as he is now, either. When I first created him at least he was able to talk back and be angry, BUT NOW HE HAS TURNED INTO A PARANOID WRECK... XDD

4. He's born in Germany but moved to England when he was about 8-9? He's 17 now and barely remembers any german, only if he thinks really hard about it. JEN KEEPS ASKING HIM FOR TRANSLATION WHEN SHE TRIES TO READ GERMAN MANUALS, BUT HE FAILS AT HELPING HERRR~ DDD:

Ohh, what an interesting character! I really love European settings and i think it wouldn't take much for me to fall in love with your story once i get to know it better.

Oscar was the first character in your gallery who caught my eye and now i feel like i understand him a little better. T--T The inability to remember German is actually really cute ~~

Haha jag har inte heller gjort nåt skolarbete! Har inte gjort mina karaktärs-ref. sheets heller, och det var egentligen därför som jag tog med laptopen hit till Eksjö för att jag skulle rita! Har suttit och spelat Warcraft III med min syrras kille istället! Men nu ska jag iaf kolla upp ett franskt namn till min ohohoho som du föreslog!
