Lupinus Vinter was such a sneaky bastard while he was alive. Over the years as dead, he 's got rather silly XD BUT HIS SNEAKINESS IS STILL INTACT.
He likes to ramble powerful speeches and is good at it too. His last speech, the last words he said before he was executed, is a well-known text recognized by anybody with some sense of historical interest. And since history is an important thing for these people, everyone knows However, because Lupinus in his speech also trashtalked the regime, a big chunk of it is censoured and not known by "normal" people.

So yes, this was how Lupinus looked when he was alive, normal and all. His hair looks so different when he has his hat on, it usually just stands right out XD I love drawing the hats. Every Leader has one, it's a part of their outfit. But they usually only wear them outside, since it rains a lot where they live. Some Leaders, like Lupinus(when he still was one) and Mr. Smile (who I still haven't drawn properly yet) likes to wear their caps at all times, though. Too bad that Lupinus was executed without wearing his hat though, if he had it on when he died his soul form would have one.
Oh, and Lupinus was the Leader over group 2, same as Dahlia is now.

This is a picture that I have wanted to draw for a very long time, I wanted it to look kind of like an old photograph because Lupinus lived such a long time ago. GRAY SCALES OHAI I haven't used grayscales for such a long time ;w; It's more fun to colour, but sometimes gray tones fits the picture better.
Goddamn I love to draw human!Lupinus, and the regular one as well. MUCH EASIER THAN ANY OF THE MAIN CHARACTERS, I HATE DRAWING THE TWINS HAIRSTYLES AND DAHLIA'S LEGS Oh well, I'll get used to it.
